How to be a great OKR champion in 10 steps

An OKR champion is key to a successful OKR rollout at your organization. If you’re reading this blog post, chances are you’re the OKR champion.

The role of OKR champion is often rewarding, sometimes painful, and, if done right, will contribute to your organization’s supergrowth and act as your own career highlight.


Because rallying your entire organization around OKRs takes conversations out of “me” and into the “we.” OKRs not only help teams see bigger impact—they help every individual team member understand how they’re contributing.

So what do you need to do to be a great OKR champion?

1. Go through an OKR training program
