  • Is the Partner Program open to everyone?

    The Referral Partner program is open to everyone. The Consulting Partner program is open to qualifying OKR boutiques and management consultants – acceptance will be based on the complete application form.

  • What happens next?

    Just provide a few details to sign up and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Referral Partners, once your partnership is confirmed, you’ll receive a personal referral link you can start sharing right away and get access to your referral dashboard. Consulting Partners, a member of our partnership team will reach out to you directly to schedule a 1:1 meeting.

  • How do I create/submit a referral?

    If you’re a Referral Partner simply share the unique link provided for you in the PartnerStack dashboard in your content or share the link directly with someone. If you’re a Consulting Partner use the lead submission form provided for you in the PartnerStack dashboard. This lead will be handled by our partner and sales team and may require a co-sell motion with you, or at your instruction we’ll take it from there.

  • How do I get paid?

    Get paid how you want. Cash out your referral rewards at the end of the month via PayPal or Stripe, in the currency of your choice. (Exchange rates are subject to conversion from USD via Stripe Connect/PartnerStack).

  • What kind of support can I expect as a partner?

    Top notch support! You will have a dedicated Partner Manager who is responsible for your success in the program. We’re here to answer questions, provide training, and offer ongoing support related to anything in the program. We also provide resources and branded promotional materials that you can access via your dashboard in PartnerStack.

  • When do I get paid?

    Your referrals will receive the same free trial or demo request opportunity as our customers. Once they pay for their annual Ally.io subscription, you start earning. Payments are verified at the end of each month, and made available for you on the 15th of the next month. The referral must be a new, paying Ally.io customer in order to earn a commission. In other words this isn’t a pay-per-lead program and we can’t have previously communicated with your referral.

  • How are my referrals tracked?

    If you’re a Referral Partner we use cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days restarts. If you’re a Consulting Partner you submit a lead through a form that is integrated with Salesforce. We track the status of the lead for you to see inside of PartnerStack.

  • Is there a cap on how many referrals I can make? Or how much recurring revenue I can earn?

    Nope. The world is your oyster, go for it!

  • What is PartnerStack?

    PartnerStack is the platform we use to run the Ally.io Partner Program. You can use PartnerStack to see who you referred, and how they’re doing in Ally.io.

  • How much do I get paid?

    We’ll reward you with 20% of the annual subscription paid for the first year of your referral’s Ally.io account.
    If you’re a Consulting Partner you can qualify for an increased % if you hit a set revenue target (to be discussed in more detail with your Partner Manager).
