VP of Customer Success
We are looking for a technically savvy VP of Customer Success who possesses extensive knowledge of OKR implementations and a strong drive for results. Duties for the role will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing successful coaching programs, contributing to sales, on-boarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer inquiries and requests.
Senior Full Stack Engineer
As Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in our Seattle-based team, you be involved in every aspect of Ally, from design to deployment and help build, evolve, and support the product. You will be developing relationships with other widely used B2B SaaS vendors, and working directly with their sales teams, and our network of consultants to train them on how the Ally solution can accelerate their customer’s growth and execution. You will be supported by marketing and engineering in your efforts to build a vibrant ecosystem that positions Ally as the business performance software of choice companies use to reach their goals.
